• Session 1 – Setting Your Future – How to set your goals by developing clarity on what you’re creating and how you’re going to accomplish it.  Individual One-on-One Session with Coach.
• Session 2 – FocusRICH – This session introduces you to the key ActionCOACH concepts of behavior and learning, and then to the basics of planning and setting direction. The goal of FocusRICH is to ensure that you understand the value of having a good plan, knowing what to put in it, and understanding the goal setting process.

• Session 3 – CashRICH – This session introduces you to the essentials of Financial Mastery. The aim is to ensure that you have an understanding of financial tools, Key Performance indicators and the importance of creating a dashboard. The goal of CashRICH is to ensure that you recognize the value of understanding your financials and being able to ask the right questions if needed from the people you employ to provide this information. This is a key part of MASTERY in your business.
