Bob Keplinger is passionate about leadership and how understanding the importance of this responsibility as it impacts both the personal and professional aspects of our everyday life. He understands that we are all working to maintain the appropriate balance between the responsibilities to our internal and external customers along with having a fulfilling lifestyle while away from work.
Prior to becoming a firm owner of ActionCOACH North Houston, Bob has served in a professional leadership role for over 28 years. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as being involved in start-up business establishment.
Bob’s expertise is in general management/leadership. He has a proven success record in recruiting, coaching and leading teams who have consistently exceeded their goals. He has a great deal of experience leading in low-margin environments in which top line revenue, efficient operations, and highly focused team members were critical ingredients to long-term success. He has a great deal of experience teaching and implementing six sigma processes into business environments.
Bob is a people, sales, and operations specialist. He has consistently been asked to lead businesses that were in need of positive change. He has a fantastic record of creating an energized, engaged environment in which his divisions produced record revenues while simultaneously improving bottom line profits to the organization. He understands how to help leaders get results by understanding the importance and responsibility of their influence which ultimately translates into professional success and personal enrichment.
Bob and his wife Sheri have been married for 27 years. They have 2 adult children who live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. He enjoys several hobbies which include golf, woodworking, and working in his yard. His previous associations have included coaching his children in multiple sports while they were growing up as well as being a member of their local church. He possesses a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas @ Arlington.
Buddy McMahon joins the ActionCOACH team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Originally from Washington, D.C. Buddy has called Montgomery County (Conroe) home since 2011. He was a fourth generation master plumber for over 20 years and has owned several businesses and worked with many business owners throughout his career.

Buddy’s efforts as a master plumber earned him multiple design awards for luxury kitchen and baths, as well as national acclaim for the design of a kitchen and bath showroom for a plumbing wholesaler. Buddy has also been published in ‘The Washington Post’ and ‘Southern Living’ magazine to name a few well known and respected publications. Buddy has experience sharing his expertise via weekly columns and educational seminars for business owners back in Washington, D.C. so joining ActionCOACH is a natural progression in his career in helping business owners learn from his ‘been there, done that’ experiences as an entrepreneur.
Laura Lash Fitzgerald, Marketing Manager, has been with ActionCOACH since 2015. She executes and teaches digital marketing for ActionCOACH North Houston and her passion for her craft is evident in her broad understanding and technical knowledge. Laura is MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist) certified and brings over 10 years corporate marketing experience. “I love working with our clients and meeting local business owners who are smart enough to know they don’t know everything. Bob and Sheri are terrific to work with and I love being able to help my community in this way.”
